Introducing the Y3K, the first lightweight sloop crafted by Wally following its acquisition by the Ferretti Group. Designed inside and out by Santa Maria Magnolfi, this high-speed racing yacht is inspired by the Wallycento and showcases exceptional naval architecture by jv team. Built with a carbon-fiber sandwich construction, Y3K is nearly 15% lighter than comparable yachts, enhancing its performance on the water.
Equipped with a lifting keel that increases draft from 4.7 meters to 6.8 meters, the Y3K achieves remarkable upwind performance, with the keel accounting for 40% of the yacht's total weight. The interior features a family-friendly layout with an open deck plan, including a spacious cockpit with a dining table accommodating eight guests, while the saloon provides an elegant dining area for up to twelve.
Accommodation for a total of six guests is provided across an owner's cabin and two additional guest cabins, along with two ensuite cabins for a crew of four, complete with a crew mess, laundry, and galley. Performance is enhanced by the innovative “Wally Enhanced Hydraulic System,” featuring multiple hydraulic pump technologies for effortless sail handling. When under power, the powerful 425 HP engine propels the Y3K to impressive speeds of up to 11.5 knots, making it an exceptional choice for both racing and luxurious cruising.
